With 10 years of diverse experience spanning fintech, edtech, and telecommunications, I am a seasoned UX designer dedicated to crafting exceptional digital experiences.

Currently at Verizon, I play a pivotal role in enhancing the e-commerce journey for our business clientele. My journey began as a graphic designer, equipping me with a solid foundation in visual design that seamlessly integrates with my ability to conceptualize and execute end-to-end user experiences.

I enjoy documenting complex processes and streamlining workflows to better support the teams I work with. I apply the UX process to optimize everyday practices like project intake, gathering design requirements, and structuring collaborative design workshops.

Solving for the user has always been at the center of my approach. I believe deeply understanding user needs leads to more meaningful, effective solutions that deliver real value, and most recently I’ve applied this mindset while designing for Verizon Business customers.

I leverage data whenever possible, using testing and qualitative feedback to validate decisions and strengthen concepts. When quantitative or qualitative inputs are limited, I lean on best practices to guide my approach.

I proactively communicate with stakeholders to align on scope, requirements, and downstream impacts upfront. I run workshops to clarify the right problems to solve and set clear design timelines to keep milestones on track.
